Mystery Books is an Indie e-Publishing author-focused company, an Imprint of Mystery Publishers, offering e-publishing services to individual writers and authors who want to exploit the eBook market for their works either traditionally or the self-publishing way.

Mystery Books is devoted to publishing genre fiction with contemporary settings, storylines and characters; and snazzy, fast-paced stories about everyday life.

Audience 

Our audience is generally young adult and adult. No children’s books, religion, and or biographies and autobiographies.

  1. We accept e-mail submissions only.
  2. Submissions should be in English
  3. Manuscript should be typed, 1.5 spacing, 12pt, Times New Roman
  4. Include ‘Manuscript Submission by (your name)’ in the subject of the email
  5. Include a covering email in the body of the email explaining what your manuscript is about
  6. If your work has been previously published indicate where and when and whether you have non-exclusive rights from the publisher
  7. The manuscripts must have the author’s name and address. The author must inform us of any changes of address.

The manuscript, once received, will be reviewed within seven (7) days and the author contacted  to sign a publishing contract. Details of agreement are laid down, and if both parties are satisfied with the terms, the manuscript is then produced as a ebook.

Manuscript Categories

Fiction (novels, short stories, flash fiction) – Crime, romance, general fiction, etc

Erotica – novels, short stories, flash erotica, sex guides, etc

Poetry – love, erotic, general poetry (avant-garde poets)
